jaya999 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus you must complete ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been met. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

• Each member may claim a promotion only once.
• Promotional offers have a set validity period — if the conditions are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Account-to-account transfers using bonus funds are prohibited.
• jaya999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.
• If misuse of a promotion or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

jaya999's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. At each level, a set percentage of weekly net losses is returned as cashback. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses, where total winnings are deducted from total losses.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, jaya999 reserves the right to void that bet. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds will be considered void.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, internationally recognised results are used to determine match outcomes. If a match is abandoned or postponed, settlement of related bets will follow the rules of the relevant sports body.

6.3 Casino Games

jaya999's casino games are developed by third-party game studios and follow their own RTP and gameplay rules. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator). If a game round is incomplete due to a technical issue, that round will be voided and the bet amount will be returned.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya999 platform:
